Euflexxa is a hyaluronic acid injection designed to mimic the body’s natural joint fluid. It lubricates and cushions the joint, relieving pain and improving mobility. Beyond mechanical support, Euflexxa has demonstrated anti-inflammatory effects, cartilage protection, and can stimulate the body’s own production of hyaluronic acid — helping to slow the progression of OA.

Euflexxa is ideal for patients with:

-Mild to moderate osteoarthritis who have not responded to physiotherapy or oral pain

medications

-Chronic OA, including patients who are not candidates for cortisone injections (e.g.

those with uncontrolled diabetes)

-Joint pain in the knee, hip, ankle, foot, shoulder, elbow, or wrist

Euflexxa may also be used in conjunction with cortisone for long-term OA management.

Administered as a series of three injections, spaced one to two weeks apart

- Performed by our expert radiologists under precise image guidance (Ultrasound or

CT)

- Minimal downtime with most patients resuming normal activities shortly after

treatment (abstaining from physical exertion and excessive activity immediately post

treatment).
